By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

The wicked are overthrown, and are not: but the house of the righteous shall stand.

The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.

Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.

As soon as a person begins to do wicked things, his foundation is destroyed, sooner or a later the leader himself will be overthrown
