Can you stagger your shifts? If your business usually runs from 9 to 5, could you possibly have your people come in, but have them come in staggered and change the way that they sit so that they're not close to each other? And you can continue operations.

This is a very valuable opportunity to have open and frank dialogue as a country about the potential for this kind of thing happening. It may not happen in the next week or year, but history has proven that we will see another pandemic. And you should take the opportunity to plan now while you can do so rationally and not in the heat of the moment.
