Cause if you shoot a bullet someone dies. If you drop a bomb many die. You hit a woman, love dies. But if you say the F-word... nothing actually happens.

You see, that's the whole point of being in government. If you don't like something you simply make up a law that makes it illegal.

No one likes it, apart from blind people, and I'm sure even they can sense it's profound ugliness as it passes by.

It wasn't the kind of comedy I was a big fan of. I used to do a monologue on the Division of Motor Vehicles, and it was like six or seven minutes long. They had to follow me from beginning to end. I did a routine about buying a blender at a drugstore. It was about seven or eight minutes long.

The danger of civilization, of course, is that you will piss away your life on nonsense.
