Certainly, I think that if someone has an eating disorder or we suspect they may have one and they are an athlete, they need to understand that we're not interested in interfering with their performance. But we need to determine to what degree is this going to hurt them ... and cause perhaps irreversible physical and emotional damage, and can we stop that from happening.
