Leaders: Focus on your "today", so it can benefit your "tomorrow."

I've notice that when people receive a leadership title they automatically get this mindset of "I'm better than everyone." Leadership is a title to teach, if you think it's all about gloating you have lost the true meaning of leadership.

Young Leaders: your opportunity will come when it is given. Don't rush what's not perfected yet.

Leaders don't make your message about you, but about Him. If you focus on the "me" you miss the message about "Him"

God's leaders believe the impossible and move in the eternal.
