City workers and visitors will be able to use wireless broadband to work more efficiently, staying in touch with their office via hand-held devices while on the move.

The issue for the coming year is whether workers will be able to catch up on their wages.

The big question will be what happens to these workers once most of the work has been done. Nobody knows the answer.

The statistics, we believe, will show that the salaried workers were targeted because of their age and their proximity to the 30-year service pension.

Right now we think we can get our work done with the workers who have showed up. We will do what it takes to meet the obligations of our contract.

The president will not be satisfied until every American looking for work can find it, ... a victory for American workers, their families and America's small businesses.
