Civilization is not a spontaneous generation with any race or nation known to history, but the torch to be handed down from race to race from age to age.

One of the lessons of history is that nothing is often a good thing to do and always a clever thing to say.

There is always a city. There is always a civilization. There is always a barbarian with a pickaxe. Sometimes you are the city, sometimes you are the civilization, but to become that city, that civilization, you once took a pickaxe and destroyed what you hated, and what you hated is what you did not understand.

It's anybody's race. If they can win it, we can win it. It's that close. One mistake in a turn can cost you the race.

As the race evolved, we wanted to highlight all the great miles of trails in Durango. As more and more people came to us and said, 'Hey, we want to do both races,' we decided to create the special awards and went so far as to change the name of the race. We're really marketing the double this year.

The greatest untapped reservoir of raw material in the history of our game is the black race.
