Clearly, a failure to address our nation's agriculture labor crisis would cripple our state's No. 1 industry.

This is a right-to-work state, and people shouldn't be forced to hire union labor.

Currently, we can't survive without migrant labor in agriculture.

African agriculture depends on labor. You can't produce crops if there is nobody to work on the farms.

Failure to respond to the letter is an additional unfair labor practice.

There is a crisis of labor rights in the state of New Jersey, and there is a crisis of people not getting paid, not getting overtime. Who knows how many thousands of dollars are robbed from their hands every day by these people, where, in many cases, they're not even getting minimum wage.
