Companies should offer value- and growth-style investing so the employees can choose.

All of our employees have felt sorry for them because of all they went through and have survived.

We believe we have an excellent benefits package for our union employees that reflects the value we place on their many contributions to the university. These include dental, life insurance, and pension benefits and a range of health plan options. One of those plans fully covers the employee's health insurance premium, a benefit few employers provide these days.

Our growth is only limited by the number of employees we have, because finding qualified skilled craftsmen in our local area is difficult. We are always looking for the brightest and best to join our team, and we currently have one of the strongest teams in the valley. But we need more people.
