Conditions were wonderful. I can't really think about those things. You just have to go out there and race people and the rest will take care of itself. The sprint relay was fun. Hopefully, I'll still be on it.

My start is never real good and it was average today, and the rest of the race felt great.

When you have some competition, it feels so much better and the adrenaline starts to pump. I feel pretty good right now.

I don't think I was hitting any hurdles, so that was good. And I felt fast.

He's improved the program a lot. We're more of a team. He has visions, and they're great visions, and we all have them now, too.

At the beginning of the race at the runner's village, I met some people from my high school. They gave me lots of pointers about the race. At mile 16, they warned me to relax instead of going for it and I did, which turned out be a good thing for me.
