Craig is young and ambitious.

It would be easy to sit back and hope the season was finished but it's not. We have two games left and we owe it to the fans and to ourselves to do our very best.

I feel if I do not make the changes I want in the summer, I will be the next to go.

My biggest concern for our area is weather conditions.

I thought he was very, very solid. He did tremendous and to get the goal – I hope it's the first of many. He's got all the attributes to be a good centre-half. Since I've been at the club anything we've asked him to do he's coped with very well.

Everybody wants to win, but we'll win when we deserve it.
