D.J.'s is one of our best linemen and obviously Josh is an outstanding running back. It changed our game plan a bit,

Those were two outstanding plays Josh made out there. It's not out of line to say that those plays won the game for us.

He's one of the best. If it comes down to it, he'll make it.

[It worked. A contributor subsequently came through with funding for the group.] It was one of those deals where you feel you are led in a particular direction, ... When you take the risk to do it that way, there is the payoff.

One thing is that we have changed the offensive systems to fit our personnel at each place. You can't do the same thing all the time and I think some coaches get caught up in trying to run the same system when their personnel doesn't necessarily allow it. Before this season, I never coached a girl over 5 foot 9 , so this is a little different and we made adjustments to utilize our height.

Obviously, this is a tragedy, ... This is one of those things that snaps everybody back into focus and lets you know that we're in a dangerous business.
