You are little cold and little hungry; but someone else outside your room is freezing and starving.

If you start processing now and we have a cold spell in between and it starts freezing up, it's just a lot of work to keep everything liquid. Once you start processing, you like to be able to do it day after day and not have those long spells in between.

I won't miss having to stand for two hours at 4:30 a.m. and having freezing cold glue applied to my feet. I won't miss two-hour drives to work or long, long, long, days sitting in my trailer waiting... waiting... waiting. I won't miss glue in my ears. But I would do it all again tomorrow.

I am in love, and the river is beginning to ice over. I’d better go drown myself before I freeze to death.
