Defense was the key for us tonight. It's what Bulldog basketball is all about...getting in their face and forcing mistakes.

That was out key component tonight. We played better defense tonight.

That's key that these girls they played really good defense. For the most part, we did a great job on the boards so that's what saved us tonight.

Defense is a big part [of winning] and running the bases. Tonight, we created a couple things.

When they're on defense, we cheer for defense. When they're on offense, we yell for them on offense.

It's real special when two teams bring everything they have to a championship basketball game. Both teams played exceptional defense, and this one feels good.
