Democrats - most Democrats, anyway - have that attitude towards human sexuality and morality in general, that if you're not harming someone else, you should pretty much be able to manage your own private affairs. The Republicans are eager to interfere in other people's private business.

My sexuality is not an inferior trait that needs to be chaperoned by emotionalism or morality.

Conservatives truly love America and support the armed forces, while liberals are unpatriotic draft dodgers.

As far as I can tell, the Republicans, at least on Capitol Hill, are far more immoral, by their own standards, than the Democrats are.
