Depending on the meal, we spend anywhere from $6 to $12 per person. We fit in the shopping when we can, but sometimes we'll get a call while we're shopping, so we have to leave everything in the cart at the store and just go.

Everything is rigged so when the alarm goes, the oven and stove and everything automatically turns off so we don't have to worry about the station burning down. And if the food is on the table when we get a call, well, that's what God created microwave ovens for.

Oh, don't pay any attention to that, that's not smoke.

PTSD is curable when one realises how the unconscious mind works and that the symptoms of PTSD are actually the unconscious mind attempting to protect the person experiencing them. With the right therapies it is possible to take a person with extreme PTSD and help them to neutralise all their painful memories and emotions permanently.

I couldn't be any more proud of the way my men have performed. Terrorists are not welcome in Iraq. If they want to test us, they will end up in jail like the man we captured this night.

Every time we catch an intended target, the confidence increases in my men.
