Dinner has been the biggest stress in our family life.

It is a total change in lifestyle, and something much needed. People tell me every day what a blessing this has been in their lives. One of the things I was hoping to accomplish was helping people get back around the dinner table.

I came home from work and stuck the meal in the oven and went and played with my kids. I found it to be great. I didn't have to eat macaroni and cheese anymore.

Every possible stress you have has got to be there. The baby blues, being separated from your family, and also not knowing where you're going to go or what's going to happen in the long run.

This can definitely put stress on the retirement plan. It can also put stress on the family.
