Do not ever think that you are too small to make a difference in the world. You may not be able to change the entire world but you are able to change the world you see and the world of the people around you. Let your being resonate as a positive influence to those that make up your world.

Try this:
Wake up and say thank you to the universe for all the good things you have in your life. Appreciate.

Do what you can today. And keep working up until you can do everything you want to do in the day, every day.

Stop overthinking. You can do it.

Reduce the clutter in your life. Get rid of the things that no longer serve you: past regrets, leftover anger, old plans. Clutter doesn’t just occupy the house in which you live, it occupies your mind. Learn to maintain your mind. Learn to do a daily clean up. Get rid of those unwanted thoughts.

It’s not the belief that I can do that limits me: it is the belief that I cannot do. I must stop doubting my ability. I must practice what I am not capable of. I must build the skills that have so long been an impossibility in my mind. This is growth: to do what I cannot do, not what I already can.
