Doctors just aren't doing (education) anymore, ... They're not sitting down and giving knowledge to women.

On a trauma case, you can easily go through 40 or 50 units before doctors can identify and stop the bleeding.

The doctors were very brave about it.

Several of those doctors refused (to sign the petition). Others signed because they were told they could lose their privileges at Betsy Johnson.

Instead of wishing to see more doctors made by women joining what there are, I wish to see as few doctors, either male or female, as possible. For, mark you, the women have made no improvement / they have only tried to be ''men'' and they have only succeeded in being third-rate men.

Most doctors I've had here don't have a lot of knowledge about sickle cell. I want to help educate my community on the disease the way I was educated.
