Doing the will of God leaves me no time for disputing about His plans.

If that were God's plan, it's a bad bargain; I don't want to have to deal with a God like that...My sense is God and I came to an accommodation with each other a couple of decades ago, where he's gotten used to the things that I'm not capable of and I've come to terms with things he's not capable of...and we care very much about each other.

Maggie thinks it's part of God's plan like God has people murdered and tortured for some inexplicable reason that we will all have to trust. We will understand one day when we get to see the re-runs up in heaven, and we will all applaud at what a wonderful plan it was. Does God then take a bow and accept a cosmic Oscar

When God interrupts our lives with His dream, it can be hard for us to want to step forward to embrace that calling because we see the sacrifice instead of the reward.

That’s how I think of God: infinitely creative and imaginative, waiting to place us in some truly awesome scenarios.

There are no 'if's' in God's world. And no places that are safer than other places. The center of His will is our only safety - let us pray that we may always know it!
