Donna has a special place in her heart for people with special needs.

It has to do with the growth in population of the whole area. More people are moving in.

Donna does not stop at her own personal commitment. She has the ability to inspire others.

Right now we're really low. It would move us back up to a position we used to enjoy previously.

I think the city of Glenwood doing this project was probably a wake-up call for the broadband providers. What's really exciting is that we have (high-speed Internet services) all along I-70 and Highway 82 into Aspen.

In time, it resolves itself.
