Break the cycle of your damaged life. The only way to make a better life is to change the rhythm through which you live your life. A change in the way you act, the way you think, the way you live is the only way to exist in a better life.

A life lived every day doing only what needs to be done may seem convenient but your heart and soul don't live for convenience they live for exploration, imagination and the pursuit of dreams. Do what must be done but also do what your heart and soul want done.

It’s not the belief that I can do that limits me: it is the belief that I cannot do. I must stop doubting my ability. I must practice what I am not capable of. I must build the skills that have so long been an impossibility in my mind. This is growth: to do what I cannot do, not what I already can.
