Don't try to fine-tune somebody else's view

You have to fine-tune. We try to go into each game and say, 'Here's a focal point.' We want to make sure going in that things are right.

Some have argued we should wait, and that's an option. In my view, it's the riskiest of all options, because the longer we wait, the stronger and bolder Saddam Hussein will become.

Our border patrol and immigration agents are doing a fine job, but we still have a problem, ... Too many illegal immigrants are coming in, and we're capturing many more non-Mexican illegal immigrants than we can send home.

Are there ways to get better? Yes, absolutely. He's going to try to fine-tune those and obviously you want to win the Super Bowl, so his expectations in his second year are kind of like what Marino's were. It's kind of like, all of a sudden, 'OK, you're there. It's time to win the big one now.'
