Downtown Clarksville looks like the proverbial war zone.

I don't think we've ever talked about pre-positioning food caches before.

Some folks are moving out into communities and putting down some roots.

I know of some shelters that are not at capacity.

Last night (Monday) we were asked if we could take more. We told them we could take 3,000 from Texas.

We have misgivings about it. We'd like to stay out of that.
