Drugs are prescription for a reason. They have the ability to do both good and harm. Claritin, Allegra and Zyrtec have almost no side effects and are equally effective as the antihistamines that are available over the counter today.

Most everything we do at the sheriff's department is related to drugs, ... It's the reason for a lot of thefts, it causes family violence and it can lead to murder.

The reason that countries are using lousy drugs to treat malaria is that they can't afford better drugs.

Wages are obviously part of it, but it's also working conditions, their own safety, their ability to have the drugs, supplies and equipment they need. And part of it is management: Do they feel like they have career-advancement opportunities? Do they feel they are being respected and treated fairly?
