During construction phase of the project, employment is expected to reach a peak of 1,000.

Going forward, it is expected that productivity improvements and restraint in upward administered price adjustments will contribute to lower and stable inflation, and a competitive real exchange rate.

To this end, the list of exempt goods and services will be extended to include the supply of passenger transportation, donations, grants and condoms.
