Each month we try to focus on a different life skill and February's was proper etiquette.

We are not only emphasizing pre-employment skills such as what to wear to an interview and how to create a good resume, but education as well. We are helping them with GED classes and paying for certificate programs.

We advocate for our students and make sure their needs are met. We have set up our program to include monitoring attendance and grades, along with working to make sure the students needs are being met.

Carriers need to focus on, and have, different skill sets. Carriers are focused on minutes but for data you need to look at KB and MB. It's a different mindset and mentality and we are evolving our business to capitalize on that.

Firing a bow requires concentration, skill and focus; all traits that help make a good soldier. The range gives the soldiers something to look forward to.

Rarely does anyone speak of fear for his own life, as if an unspoken etiquette prevails.
