Even during the recession we were bringing in people from overseas to fill niche positions. If you take that option away, companies will just move out of Hong Kong.

We haven't seen the job market this active since we've been here, and we've been here for 10 years. 2005 was a big year, and we had a tremendous start to this year.

The nature of Hong Kong is that it needs overseas recruitment. It's a small city and a very transient community, few people actually stay here and they need to be replaced from somewhere.

This country should treat good people better than they do.
