Even though they're good players, they work hard at improving their game. You like to see those kids get rewarded.

Do you see me walking out with my head down? I'm proud of my kids. They've done tremendous work.

They know they're not going to come out right away. We took Emily out for a little bit (because of an apparent left ankle injury), but they can play with that. They've had to do it before. You have to learn to play with fouls.

It got down to the seniors again. They came out with a lot of composure.

I've been thinking about (retirement). I don't want to say anything, yet. I want to wait until things are over and I can make a decision. I'm 58 and I've been doing it for 35 years.

I don't think many coaches have had many girls like her. You get maybe one to three players of her caliber over the years.
