Even though this is a planned shutdown, the unusually warm weather will tax the storage capacity of some of our member agencies.

The extra day won't have any effect on it. We're going to have to weather the flurry that will be involved with the emotions, the speed of the game and playing a high-quality football team.

The water here is so precious and so valuable that we're willing to provide those incentives rather than import water from hundreds of miles away.
