Every decision has a cost. Do I have to make this decision at all or can I move on to the next thing? What we decided to leave out is almost as important as what we put in.

We did a variant of the intern thing. We hired people as consultants for a specific thing and then if they were good, offered them a job.

The bottom line is that, despite some longer-term issues, we think weak industry sentiment combined with some valid company-specific concerns have pushed the stock lower than is justified. We believe that the near-term positives outweigh the near-term risks.

We thought the new openness was refreshing.

Investors never like to see a company's name mentioned along side the term 'subpoena.

It will be interesting to see if other companies try to shut them out.
