Every government has its own rules for antitrust that are in many ways very different from each other. It is more of a frustration for developers than anything else.

If the ruling is upheld, Microsoft would have to withdraw its current version of Windows from South Korea. There would no longer be a single consistent version of Windows globally. Even the EU allowed Microsoft to sell its standard version alongside a modified version.

Basically it's an indicator towards the end of monolithic Windows and Office desktops.

This is being done consistent with government ethics, rules, regulations and also with what is obviously the proper way to do business,

There seems to be different policies and different rules within state government. Perhaps more consistency as much as anything is what we need.

It is essential...that you should form and adopt certain rules or principles, for the government of your own conduct and temper. Unless you have such rules and principles, there will be numberless occasions on which you will have no guide for your government but your passions...It is in the Bible, you must learn them, and from the Bible how to practice them.
