We are quite dependent on decent earnings coming through to push this market much higher. With oil prices this high, one has to be more nervous.

Sentiment is drifting higher on softer oil prices. All eyes remain on energy. As long as oil prices don't do what they did last year, the economy should be fine.

We certainly can't stop him from filing a new one sometime down the road, so it doesn't mean something can't happen on this property someday.

The options are we can hear the case and we will deal with all these problems, or you have the alternative of taking a different measure and that is to consider the dismissal of the application. There is a third option, to continue it yet again, at which time they would have to bring back revised plans. Otherwise we will harangue about this for the next hour. The fourth potential option is that we proceed with the application we have now, which was submitted in a timely manner.
