Everybody has been stepping up at any given time to get it done. If you look at our box score it's not like we rely on one or two people. Everybody is stepping up at different times like a flock of geese. One person has to take the lead and we have that going for us right now.

Green has stepped up big time for us. She has called some great games and has also done tremendous at the plate. She was a walk-on in the fall and I didn't know what to expect out of her but she's done very well in stepping in for (junior catcher) Erin Zeller, who has been battling a shoulder injury.

Obviously, her bat is what got me interested. She hit the ball extremely well, but her arm strength from behind the plate was also a key reason why we brought her on.

It was nice to have a big inning like that. In between games we talked about adjustments at the plate. We got on base and made them throw the ball all over the park. It was a total team effort.

Awesome. They worked ahead all weekend and that's exactly what we need them to do.

(Green) has really turned it on lately. She's been really fun to watch and I just keep telling her to keep on doing whatever she's doing.
