Everybody has trucks. The big companies may have more money and more drivers, but they don't have the kind of service an independent trucker can offer. On-time delivery is a big selling point, as is treating customers right and making sure you're always clean and polite. Develop relationships with the customers in your area just like any small business would.

The money is just rolling into them as the prices go up,

They've got lots of money, and they're on the prowl.

They always want the money back, or a part of it, to complete the transaction.

To me, they just grab all of the money quicker. It's not fair and I've been politically correct all of these years, and it's about to come to a head. What's going to happen next year, it's going to get 10 times worse. Every one of them will be over here running. You've got the best of the best over here. The pit crews come over here and help, and the crew chiefs come over and help, and it's just tough for teams like us. But, we keep digging. It just takes the money quicker, I think, and the points quicker.

I'm very happy, ... Our tenants are happy. Our new owners are planning to spend money to renovate and modernize all of the mall. They want to change its looks and bring it more up to date.
