Everybody needs to be made aware that we have our heroes they serve from each and every community here in south Texas as well as throughout the U.S. and we pray that another soldier just doesn't die.

It hurts. It hurts whenever one of our heroes comes home, but not alive. This is the first one (soldier) from the Raymondville area.

Brecht said it, 'It's an unhappy country that needs heroes. That's true. They are not needed in a normal nation.

You have become role models for teams all around the world, ... and you are heroes in our community.

The heroes of the world community are not those who withdraw when difficulties ensue, not those who can envision neither the prospect of success nor the consequence of failure -- but those who stand the heat of battle, the fight for world peace through the United Nations.

Everybody really needs to laugh, ... If you don't laugh, you're not going to live long.
