Everybody's looking for the model consumers will prefer. They want immediacy and freedom.

But in making deals with the talent, we're finding that not to be true anymore. Just as a lot of movie actors have migrated to TV, which they wouldn't have done 20 years ago, they're also willing to do this.

We make more money from home video than theaters, which is why we created this division.
