We had two choices. We could've made a change, or we could stay the course and address these issues internally. We felt that Cameron has done a good job. We felt that Larry has done a good job. So we didn't think it was the best thing to do for the kids to make a change. We believe that we have a team in place that is making progress. We realize that we made a mistake. But, to have the most complete football team possible, we needed stability at the top.

His new life required no great change in the patterns of his behaviour. It was merely an adjustment. He had always known how to make himself invisible.
