Everyone placed and everyone contributed. The kids really stick together and are special because of that. They never stop believing.

This was another excellent and determined performance from our kids. They now believe they can compete and win against anyone on our schedule.

It doesn't seem like there's a rivalry here. I know our townspeople get up for it, but our kids don't. (The rivalry's) not there like it used to be. It's just a phenomenon I've never dealt with. I've been upset with the kids because they haven't been too excited about it.

We have some nice pieces to put into the puzzle and a lot of kids who are willing to work to fill the rest of the spots in.

The school was opening in September. The budget was set. We went into the dormitory and found kids to play. Were we good? No.

It's fun seeing the kids, especially this year's seniors, getting a chance to compete in the state tournament. The state tournament is quite an experience.
