BP is a very upstanding company and they make every effort to insure safety. It's a very dangerous operation. You're dealing with a lot of volatile materials.

This safety audit that the insurance company does is thorough. It involves safety issues with equipment, building security and just all kinds of things like that. They give us a detailed report and we're glad to use it.

The repeated safety mishaps highlight a lack of control within the company. I can't look at the company as a possible investment until it can demonstrate clear signs of recovery.
