Everything we do is basically computer-controlled. Ninety-nine percent of what we do is made to order on a four-day cycle. Whatever orders we get on Monday, we deliver on Thursday.

We probably average three truckloads a day just to those warehouses.

Our process is very labor-intensive. Our biggest asset is definitely our people because they have to do a lot.

We all agreed that in order for it to happen there had to be some give here and there. I think one of the big ones was Tom understanding the situation and me giving him my utmost word that while I am out here I am going to be training hard and things are going to work out for the best and not to worry about it. ... It is difficult for him to just let a player go whenever he wants to go home. So I won't abuse the system.

We have to go out to see what others are doing in order to bring new things back here. We try to give back to our communities.

We would like to try to keep as many as possible in order to avoid construction costs. You would have to buy into the fact that classroom size would vary somewhat, but it sure can save a lot of money.
