Everything's been so overembellished, I think there's a move to a more clean, refined approach, although not like the minimalism of the '90s, ... having a sorbet after a heavy meal.

The major trend is a cleaning-up. It's not quite the minimalism of the '90s. It's more refined. We've had season after season of all this embellishment, the ruffled gypsy skirts, the colors. It's nice to see a woman in a white shirt. I think it's as sexy as anything.

I think that the so-called Clear Skies approach would dirty our skies, not clean them up.

And the way they approach it, in this very refined but scary manner, I think is what sets them apart.

We think it's always a good move when the customer focuses on the product and not the deal. Quite frankly, the U.S. market's gotten a little bit out of control selling the rebates and not the products.
