She (the caller) indicated that he was wearing gloves, that he was very agitated, that he had indicated that he was going to kill someone. She even said that he had put a plastic bag-type over his clothes that he called his 'killing suit' so he wouldn't get blood on his clothes when he was involved in any altercation.
