Exercise makes you feel better in school and while playing sports. It's important for our students to understand that exercise should be a part of their life forever.

We want them to eat better.

The general consensus is, when people go to college, the most popular place is the gym. They meet people and get in shape.

We believe that when students exercise a 'right' to leave school, they also have a responsibility to take care of their learning.

All sports have exercise and stretching prior to the activity, and skiing should be no exception.

We would like to have students and other engineers exercise and operate the spacecraft after the biology has been completed for at least some of that time. Of course, if a critical system were to fail or wear out, like the batteries or communications radio, then that's it … since we do not have a lot of redundancy in the design.
