Firmware upgradeability is an outrageous assertion to be made at this point.

I don't go out of my way to be outrageous, I just go out of my way to look at things.

We will be first to market with 802.11n products that are IEEE compliant, guaranteed to be interoperable with other 802.11n products.

We really feel pretty strongly about that. Where we are with the standard, we just don't think it's right to be calling products pre-n or Draft 1.0 compliant.

We're really excited. There is now a first draft and we're back in the IEEE.
