For Kraft it is definitely a non-core business for them and they were looking to get rid of it. For Del Monte, I think the assets are certainly attractive, but we think the price paid was a bit too expensive.

They have skin in the game. You would think that would be a deterrent to shorts.

The music business is one of a few places where everything you've heard about it seems entirely cliche, but it's true.
