IT'S NEVER TOO LATE
It's never too late to look after yourself. Never too late to eat healthily, get plenty of rest, exercise regularly and look after your skin. You'd be amazed at how quickly your skin and body can rejuvenate given the right environment.

It doesn't matter how long my hair is or what colour my skin is or whether I'm a woman or a man.

This had mythical proportions. A beautiful blond guy, his wife and this mysterious woman who gets under the husband's skin. It's basic storytelling.

We are not women of color. I am a woman with skin of color. I am not an ethnicity, but a skin tone. That's why my book covers everything from a blond and blue-eyed Brazilian to a woman from the Philippines who may be as dark as I am.
