For me, boxing is like going to school. You learn to respect your competitors. It's opened doors for me. It's competitive, but I know I have what it takes. My dream is to be a great lightweight fighter.

He is my idol. I try to imitate his body shots.

When I'm inside the ring, I know I've accomplished a lot to get there.

I started out with friends of mine in high school beat boxing. Everyone would sort of like be in a circle making up rhymes and raps, you know. That was like the creative outlet for my friends. And I became the sort of the guy that made the beats, like did the beats with my mouth.

I surely want to win this game, but I have a lot of respect for those seniors at that school and the coaches, ... They're good friends of mine, and I wish them nothing but the best. Obviously I want to win the game, but if we don't win, I'll sure feel happy for them.

He used to get in some trouble at school. But since he started boxing four months ago, he's totally turned his life around.
