For us to be back with eight returning starters on defense is exciting.

I love it inside. On the outside you're not limited but you're only seeing half the field. On the inside you see everything and you're involved in everything.

The attitude isn't to look at not being 4-4. We want to look at the possibilities the season holds.

How good their defense was when they won the Super Bowl, any defense aspires to be that good. They came out and dominated throughout the year and that's what we would like to do on defense, go out and dominate every game and be one of the best defenses in the league.

They are very helpful. Everything is improving. Our defense is improving, we have more technique, we're making plays.

I could see time on defense or sit and watch on offense. I'll choose seeing time on defense.
