Fountain Hills can be a destination. It can grow in a managed way.

We can't do what Chandler does, and we can't do what Goodyear does, and we can't do what Scottsdale does. We have to do something to make Fountain Hills unique.

If we don't work together . . . we run the risk of changes that are difficult or impossible to correct.

I think we're one of the top four teams in the state along with Holbrook, Winslow and Fountain Hills. Everything has to be perfect - the moon, the stars - and we have to be healthy. But can we do it this year? Yes. If we continue to play team basketball and team defense, I don't see why not.

We always did say we were going to look at the fountain and see if we can keep it. If not, we were committed to a water structure.
